That's why I've been adding smoothies and smoothie bowls to my breakfast rotation. They're a great way to include antioxidant-rich fruits like berries, and a handful or two of leafy greens like baby spinach. And if you're in the mood for a sweet treat after dinner, try blending up some frozen berries or banana with a dash of almond milk for a delicious sorbet.
