Tyler Pitre, Director of Therapy, Osteopath & Athletic Therapist

Having suffered a fair share of injuries as a young athlete, Tyler was introduced to Athletic Therapy and Osteopathy at a young age. The human body is in constant adjustment in order to maintain optimal function— pain is the body’s method of alerting us that it can no longer compensate and dysfunction is eminent. The complexity and beauty of the human machine is what led Tyler to pursue a career in the field of athletic therapy and osteopathy.

Tyler completed his Bachelor of Science at Concordia University in Montréal in the Exercise Science program with a specialization in Athletic Therapy in spring of 2013. He then completed his first cycle of Osteopathy in spring 2018 and his second cycle of Osteopathy in spring of 2021 at the Collège d'études ostéopathiques de Montreal.

Tyler favors the blend of both his disciplines to maximize recovery and performance of Kondition's clientele. The knowledge and skill-set learned as an athletic therapist allows him to rehabilitate his clients bodies through exercise in a safe environment.

He feels that the tactile precision and osteopathic outlook on the body as a whole has helped him listen, not only to what his clients are saying but what their bodies are saying in order to offer the best solution to a speedy recovery and optimal functioning.

Having been in the industry of health and wellness for almost a decade now, Tyler believes that therapy along with nutrition, physical training and mindfulness are the pillars of health and must all be cultivated to reach our full potential.
