The KOKORO Experience

The Kokoro: a Japanese word that describes the heart & spirit.

KOKORO is considered the most powerful and challenging physical, mental and emotional training available to civilians in the world. Modeled after the U.S. Navy SEAL’s famous Hell Week and integrated with Mark Divine’s world-renowned Unbeatable Mind™ training, KOKORO is the premier training event for forging mental toughness, emotional resiliency, and elite team skills.

The Physical:

To secure this feat the physical body would be tested on its capacity to endure while meeting certain requirements to move forward. Our bodies were pushed to their limits where you felt you could no longer perform. Accepting defeat was not an option, at this point this is where your mental game kicks in to keep yourself in.

The Mental:

Self-doubt, coupled with negativity, is a sure way for failure of the mind. Once the mind has failed the rest of the body will shut down and defeat will present itself. Mental resilience is a must should you want to prevail in your quest. A sure thing in life is that there will be a lot of problems and situations that we encounter. How we choose to respond will dictate our success. The use of positive mantras and redirecting negativity to positivity through your mental tools, is the only way to stay on top.

The Emotional:

As humans, most of us carry burdens and stories from our past that we encode in ourselves. We emotionally store various traumas that we may never know we had. Having the ability to feel pain through exertion is a form of release and self cleansing. The emotional experiences, releases and conquests that our crew experienced was a driver for the team to pull strength from each other. We were not only inspired by these moments, but invested in the experience and kept each other accountable to flow with them.

Our search for meaning and purpose is what gives significance in what we do in life. What powers your why? At Kokoro we all had a “Why” for being there. As we entered into one of the toughest civilian events, we needed to find a deeper reasoning for attending. We all knew each other’s “Why”. We supported one another as a tight knit family who cared deeply about the success of the self, team and our evolution.

Securing your crucible is always possible as long as you align the four dimensions of the human experience. So strengthen your physicality, practice your mental game, connect with your emotional body and believe in your spiritual being!

Wishing you all much mettā!
